Very easy recovery run along the Deeside way. Feeling alright actually, cold seem to have gone almost completely. Think I'm going to take it easy the next few days just to make sure its gone.

Quick gym sesh along wit a long stretch and roll. Only did arms as legs were feeling a bit tired.

3 x 10 lats @ 40kg
3 x 10 bench press @ 40kg
3 x 10 tricep extensions @ 15kg

Possibly the slowest 5km I've ever done... Took it reeaaalllyyy easy because I was worried I was going to end up killing myself with this cold. But all seems good. Little bit longer, little bit faster tomorrow...
