Hill run in the Lakes
Ran Whiteside, Hopegill Head, Sand Hill and Grisedale Pike then dropped down into Braithwaite. Savage climbing and tired from the previous week, started to feel really rough on the way back down to Braithwaite. Don't know why to be honest, but was feeling light headed and sick. Had lunch and water at the top so it wasn't hunger/ dehydration... Passed after a bit but had me walking my descent which slowed my pace a bit...

Pretty much a TD3 course s nav was very easy. Used it as a speed session, and was good for practice reading/ planning while running at race pace and above.

Run from Loch Muick car park to the top of Lochnagar. Possibly the best hill running weather I've ever seen in my life, forecast said 20% chance of clear skies and yet there was not a cloud in sight all day! Absolutely gorgeous views from the summit. Was nice and easy, carrying a backpack with a fair weight which I haven't done in a while so legs and back took a bit to get used to it. Descent back down off the hill was tiring, quads were nearly dead...

Was taking it slightly easier again because planning a trip down to Glen Muick for a few days, thought I'd try and save myself. Felt good running though, nice and fresh.

3 x 10 bicep curls @ 20, 20, 25kg

Glutes not agreeing with the squats, haven't done them in a while. Also had a nice stretch and roll while I was in there to loosen off a little.

So much oxygen dept it was insane, my lungs were properly killing me. I had coach Abi on the case making me swim faster :) Honestly though probably the hardest interval sesh I've ever done in my life... Should probs try swimming more...
