F*ckin Garmin GPS watch wouldn't turn on this morning so i don't know how long it really was. Special guest appearences from Crazydave, and even more of a surprise was Prong. Felt flat, particularly last 15mins.

Willoughby Bay- A pretty hilly area, with lots of steep hills and dog legs. Had an ok run, pretty conservative route. Feeling okay, but really tired after i finished.
Road Cycling (Lindfield to Cammeray) 50:00 [3]20 km (2:30 / km)
ahr:147 max:168 shoes: Specialized MTB
Ride to SS at Primrose Park, Cammeray and back again. Very depleted after SS and struggled to get moving, but ok by the end.

What has got into us Aussies lately- I just counted 15 attackpointers with more than 10hrs training in the last 7days. Explanations...

Orienteering race (Sydney Park Series) 14:06 [5]2.5 km (5:38 / km)

Macquarie Uni- set by Prong.
legs a bit heavy from weekend, but ran better than last week. Lost about 20secs on first control with lack of contact and bad route choice. After that ran well apart from a few small hesitations. Another great turnout and challenging course.
Had to overcome the humiliation of being beaten by Ezy with KFC for dinner.
Note
Enthusiasm award to the Blatchford Family from Newcastle who drove down for the Park Race, mainly because 15y.o. Josh is super keen after going on the post 5-days training camp. A bushfire north of Sydney meant that it took them almost 4hrs to get here- and Josh ran for less than 17mins!! No idea how long it took them to get home.

Lindfield to Macquarie for Park race. Home via national park, and 3 reps up Grosvenor st to finish.
Road Cycling hills (Grosvenor Hill Reps) 14:00 [5]4.95 km (2:50 / km) +300m 2:10 / km
shoes: Specialized MTB
Hill reps- 4.45, 4.42, 4.48. Legs felt pretty tired.
