Slept most of the day after a very late night.
60mins at approx 228W as the pre-diet exercise session for the Sydney Uni study again. Wasn't as bored as last time.

waited all day to go to St Ive Dirt Crits in the arvo but car wouldn't start so i missed the race anyway. Not happy. Went running instead.

Friday Mar 23

Picked up the Rush again after having my new Lefty installed. Now works like a dream :-)

early morning paddle from Potts Point with Lance O'Connor's group. Borrowed a Red 7 single surf ski (Lance sells them). It was pitch black for most of the session, but nice to check out Sydney Harbour when it was light. Realise i have a long way to go with my paddling.

Final SS @ Hunters Hill. Felt pretty tired and didn't push very hard until the last 10mins. I got 540, Fatrat 600.

Had a massage in morning- wasn't too bad.
Slept a lot of the day.
Easy jog in the evening. Felt pretty tired
