MTB Cycling 1:48:11 [3] 19.04 km (5:41 / km)
Morwell National Park:- The Traralgon marathon was on in the morning and I helped at a few drink stops while Kathryn won the 10km race. Afterwards we went to Morwell National Park and rode around the walking tracks. Some were a bit boring, and others quite nice but all very undulating. I added a bit of AR specific bike push training so I could ride down a sweet hill of switchbacks. Legs felt quite good.
Kayaking 1:35:13 [3] 15.3 km (6:13 / km)
Somers beach to Flinders:- With Kathryn in the Red 7 and Jarad and Fiona in an XT. Jarad had planned this to be a downwind paddle which it mostly was. The Red 7 is great for most conditions, but not these. The boat was continually swamped with water that makes it very heavy and slow to get moving. Kathryn was in the front and needs a bit more training in chasing runs. Wasn't real warm but I didn't get cold until we hoped out.

Forster:- After the presentation and breakfast, Kathryn and I paddled out the Forster heads and out for a few k's and back. I didn't realise how fast the tide was going out and it was a massive struggle to get back in the heads. A few dolphins came out to say hello.
