Paddle post swim. Felt pretty fast in the Fenn compared to the heavier Icon. Nice beat all the water skiiers that were on their way for a perfect day.

morning commute home. Much colder than expected and legs were wrecked, possibly from my stair reps last night.

Took Mattias for a bush walk in the arvo. Put on my race pack loaded with about 10kg, and boy in the baby Bjorn, and did some hike-a-bike training by wearing my new bike shoes. Turns out they were pretty comfortable and boy liked the walk, we were gone for 2.5hrs! Never far from home as I was hanging tapes for some new MTB single trail. Very, very relaxing.

Paddle in Latrobe River from Tyers bridge. Have only been here once before with Kev Piercy, and had forget how nice it is. Plenty of water which meant it was 60mins out and 40mins back. Got smashed by a heavy rain storm and was soaked and frozen for quite a while. Still I enjoyed the change in venue
