HBT Handicap Race (although wasn't drinking so really just the handicap part...)

Wasn't going to run initially as still feeling rubbish and trying to avoid too many hills/offroad on achilles. But route seemed pretty nice to run around so went round at a nice tempo-ish pace. Waited for Sarah to down her pint at the 1st drinks point then did 20 press-ups at the 2nd drinks point.

Absolute struggle back up the hill and into a really strong headwind. The new flat is so much further from the Killing Fields than our old one!
