Hutt Rec intervals

Started out with 400 (45sec), 800 (90sec), 400 (3mins) but just felt dreadful and legs were stumbling over themselves and so heavy. So switched to shorter ones but was still a grind. Much tougher and slower than when I did this before Christmas.
