shoes: VJ Bolds - Purple

Australian Middle Champs - had a really good race, managed to mess up the exact same controls as Lizzie so our splits were all pretty even! 2nd place again, 30 seconds behind Lizzie.

WA Long Champs - was running fast but in all the wrong directions. Feeling a bit rusty after no orienteering in so long and haven't orienteered in Aussie for a few years now. Managed to roll my ankle about 5mins from the finish but luckily it was a steep uphill to the last control so could hobble slowly up there. Finished up in 2nd, 7mins down on Lizzie.

Cruisy run in Perth with Tim to Bold Park and back to loosen up the legs after flying and get over jetlag. Got some nice views of the Indian Ocean and Perth city centre from the lookout at the top of the park.
