Parkrun - Delamere Forest
Such a lovely course on the forest trails and round the lake. Was about 20 metres behind Neil the whole way, but couldn't get any closer...probably cos he was busy chasing after another girl in front that he thought was me :p

Tried to make the meadows slightly more interesting by running sections. Pace felt a lot easier today than previously which was nice. Foot also seemed happy.
