2x sprintervals at Liberton with 4mins break in between. Jonny had drawn some fake walls onto an old training then shadowed me as well for added pressure. Going okay for most of it, 1 bad mistake when I ran straight past a control thinking it was another open area. Pretty tired in the 2nd rep.

Double Dukes Middle - South Achray
Really enjoyed this, felt rubbish physically but was navigating really well which makes a nice change. Able to determine where the controls would be before I reached them and reading ahead well. Only real mistakes were to 12 when I was unsure where I was and stopped at the track to confirm. And should have gone straight to 17 but I thought we had to cross at the bridge.
3rd...2mins down on Tessa and 25secs on Jess so very pleased with that.
