Tried to go aquajogging but they were testing out a big inflatable thing in the deep end. Tried a few lengths swimming but didn't have my goggles and was feeling rubbish (sore throat/neck) so went home.
Walked round a very snowy Arthurs Seat collecting controls which was fun.

Indoor Orienteering - King's Buildings

This was so much fun! 8 levels with lettered staircases but was even trickier as not all staircases went to all the levels. Managed to lose 2mins getting completely lost and confused trying to get outside to the garden at 3. Then another minute to 14 when I'd almost caught Jonny and got overexcited that I might beat him! The rooftop was treacherous with ice and completely wiped out going round a corner landing on my wrist quite heavily and knocking my headlamp off.

Haven't worked this hard in a while. Felt so unfit! HR was super high.

Followed by a walk up Arthurs Seat to do some sliding in the snow on rubbish bags with Jonny :)
