Tired, heavy legs to begin with but got into it after the first rep. There was another lady there doing exactly the same session/pace as me, but by the time I realised we were half a rep out of sync. Was nice to have someone in the distance to chase though.
Again slow on the last rep. Think I mentally slip and start thinking about how nice it will be when I'm done rather than pushing hard during the rep. I think the same thing is happening when I'm orienteering as I keep making mistakes right at the end of courses. Hopefully can solve this before next week!
Absolutely dead on the sprints, but it was into a fairly strong headwind.
