Warrington Parkrun
Nice course along cycle path and canal. Pretty slow course with lots of corners and slippery leaves/grass. Legs feeling pretty tired from 2 sessions already this week but ground out a reasonable pace.

Mass start, good fun! Thought I'd get instantly dropped by all the fast boys but was actually around lots of other people the whole way. Ended up running most of it with Callum W and a young Norwegian guy who was fast but kept running down dead ends. Lead them in to the last couple of controls but then got done on the 100m sprint at the end!
