Easy round the swat and across to Craigmillar with Jonny. Legs feeling really tired but some spontaneous bouldering and rope swing cheered me up.

Hilly seat run. Thought I'd go up MFD before I leave Edinburgh as I've never done the whole thing in one go before....it was grim. Never again!! (except I was only 4sec off the record so maybe will have to give it another go!!).
Rest of the run was an absolute plod. No energy at all. But fun running in the torrential 'warm shower' rain.
