Spent the first 30mins of the day lying on the bathroom floor with intense stomach cramps and sweating/shivering uncontrollably. Eventually managed to get some ibuprofen down and was back to normal almost as quickly as it came on.
Not enough to get out of 5 hours of flat cleaning though :P

Took an eternity to get the motivation up to leave the house, then even longer to start the intervals once I was there. Unfortunately didn't get any easier once I got going and was a bit of a grind to get it done, but hey first session done! Best part was when it tipped it down for the final few reps :)
Grass track was no longer there so just ran circles round the cricket pitch and changed from distances to times.
