Same as 2 weeks ago. Managed to figure out how to view pace on my watch so was able to hit the 4 tempo/4.30 float.
About 10sec/km quicker on the return with the tailwind. Feeling good so pushed on a bit in the final two, making it 300m further than 2 weeks ago.
