CUOC Icenian Sprint Prologue - Cambridge Science Park

Easy map with lots of empty carparks and large buildings, but some tricky hedges to catch you out. Going at a decent tempo but not all out.
Crunched my ankle on a curb leaving 9 and had to walk for a bit but thankfully able to run it off after a few seconds.
No speedy women to compare to but 2nd in the Vet men, 7secs behind.

CUOC Icenian Sprint Chasing Start - Kings Hedges

Classic housing estate for the first half, then opened up into some easy running legs to finish. Felt very behind on the navigation, not planning ahead but getting away with it as there weren't many traps. Ran out of energy in the second half on the easy legs.
Beat all the Vet men this time by 35 seconds.
