Something not quite right. First two km's felt tougher than they should. Then on the 200s, I was consistently running 1-2secs slower than usual, recovery quickly became a walk and feeling breathless and dizzy. Attempted the last two km's but it became pretty clear early on in the first one that this was not happening today.
