Morning run in Hong Kong - from hotel in Wanchai up to Victoria Peak and back. Few remarks:

- The air in HK is not that bad
- Hills are bloody steep
- Google maps very misleading (not every road has a pedestrian path...) - I know, should have checked Strava for segments and activities..
- ALL runners I met where Europeans (or you know, not Asians), but met tons of old Asians on a morning walk who seemed to be a lot more enthusiastic and chatty than runners in Sydney - kinda sweet
- Need to work on my celebrity posing skills
- Stunning views all the way up and down
- Quite tempted to run some race up here...

Hot solo long run Surry Hills - Watsons Bay - Bondi Beach - Surry Hills. Struggled on the Vaucluse bit where it was really hot, exposed, up and down and had to really force myself to continue running instead of jumping into a nicely airconed bus at Bondi... But after Bondi road climb it got cloudy and legs started running again to finish the last 6 km in a reasonable 4:20-4:30/km pace.

No icy pole, no beer. Boring.
