Went for an easy run around the CBD, but at Darling Harbour decided to escape the crowds and head towards Pyrmont wharfs. Then speeded up a bit, then a bit more and ended up with 40' 10km (first km 4:12. last 3:48). Felt pretty good, knee hold up well. Missed these tempo runs!

Definitely need to get back into regular strengthening

Dark, wet trails after work from St.Leonards via Primrose Park, Spit to Manly (4 Pines). Full crew. Great fun! Felt the knee the first 8km, got better once on trails.

Long commute from work. Was getting quite tired and hungry towards the end (only had a sandwich for lunch), but otherwise quite happy with the pace.

Right knee was giving me some grief from approx 10th km. I used to have temporary issues with me knees during the first runs in colder temperatures so hope that was just that...
