Easy CP trails, testing legs. A few niggles here and there but nothing significant. HR higher than usual so I guess the body is still getting over the 100k...

Testing legs - they can run again yay! Slow and steady, left hip a bit niggly later in the day but otherwise no pain or anything so seems like I have survived with no injuries (knocking on wood)
