Run (Treadmill) 42:19 [3] 10.0 km (4:14 / km)
slept:5.0 (injured) shoes: Under Armour Bandit 2

Another tready session - 8k @ 4min/km - after drinks and five hours of sleep not able to run faster than that. Getting pretty tired, full on schedule and haven't rested much since flying in. Good fun though.

Running while watching EPL - I could definitely get used to that!

Upper back/neck still sheity.

Note
(injured)

After the paddle boarding on Saturday and a long flight on Sunday, my neck was back to a full fuck off mode on Monday. A lot better today but still far from ideal. At least it's quite ok when I run
7 AM

Run (Treadmill) 38:31 [3] 9.0 km (4:17 / km)
slept:6.0 (injured) shoes: Under Armour Bandit 2

Opted for a treadmill in an aircon'd hotel gym to avoid crossing highways and hot weather. WU + short progressive tempo from 4:20 to 3:30 and back up + CD

Run (Road) 39:10 [3] 8.3 km (4:43 / km) +120m 4:24 / km
(injured) shoes: Under Armour Bandit 2

Exploring KL - from hotel to the botanical gardens, three loops around the lake and back. KL is not exactly a pedestrian friendly city and people literally walking on/and crossing highways (soon realised I had to do the same if I want to ever get there). Also reached a brand new level of sweatiness :-!

Palm Beach. Good fun but wind picked up half way which made it pretty tough to get back and also created some waves which saw me swimming a couple of times :)
