Planned to go for a morning jog but then decided an extra 45 mins of sleep is a better option.

Early morning shuffle on a treadmill in a shitty hotel gym. Watching news full of natural disasters (tornadoes, Trump, snowstorms, Trump, landslides, Trump, floods and Trump) and was wondering wtf is going on. Tremendous run though. I will make my legs run great again. Run great again. Yeah.

Thought I'm gonna spend the rest of the day in a hotel bed but then decided to get some fresh air. 14 degrees, windy, rainy, fucking cold fresh air to be precise.

Quads and hammies very unhappy at the beginning so decided to run on my forefeet only which helped.

Good news is that so far I can only feel tired muscles (which will be gone in a few days) and no mechanical, injury-like pain.
