Ok, I will keep this week in resting mode. All the travelling, climate changes, full on schedule, and sleep deprivation finished with a faster and longer than expected run 2 hours after landing in Sydney left me with some (hopefully) minor cold.
I kinda expected this to happen and already told Bart on Monday that it's gonna be his fault.

Landed in Sydney 11am and immediately signed up for a cruisy lunch run with Bart and Mounty. It wasn't really cruisy but well needed physical activity.
Think I sweat out the remaining alcohol from my body and from now on I'm back in a full training mode for the next few months, aiming at smashing Coastal Classic and significantly improving my road marathon PB in Sep/Oct timeframe.
