On Property
Ran/trekked along trails and in the woods on our property. Quite a bit of up and down with rocky footing. Checked some of the fences along the property lines (neighbor had some cows out the other day).

Routine Weight Exercise
3X8 reps of 70 lb on bowflex for 5 upper body/ab exercises
3X8 reps of 140 lb on bowflex for 2 shoulder/back exercises
2 sets of 20 ab crunchers
Note
I'm back. The XC season is over and after 2 and a half months of intermittent training, it's time to get back into a more consistent routine.
