Cycling (Steady) 2:25:00 [2]
ahr:130 max:170 (injured)

Across a frozen Cheshire Plain, main roads fine however made the mistake of going down a few minor lanes which was risky. Legs felt good, enjoyable. Achilles fine out of the saddle now, so hopefully going in the right direction.

Cycling (Turbo Trainer) 57:00 [3]
ahr:146 max:179 (injured)

3x 10' threshold sets on the turbo. Achilles beginning to improve, slowly.
6 PM

Cycling (Turbo Trainer) 31:00 [3]
ahr:146 max:175 (injured)

GCN's 30' workout, pretty much a progressive 25' with 10'' surge every 4'.

Achilles no bother on the turbo, which is an improvement.
