Went to work the short way down the road and as hard as I could as had to get to the physio dept to speak to some of the guys about the best way for Adam to strap his knee (he is 2000km into the Indian Pacific race... he had dodgy knees to start with so cycling 2000kms in just over 4 days was always going to be painful!!) They were sooo good - took photos of them strapping another guy's knee and sent it to Adam. Hopefully it helps, will see how he goes!
