3x5 Back Squat (20, 40, 60 warm-up, 80, 85, 90kg)
3x5 Deadlift (60 warm-up, 80, 90, 90g)
3x5 Pull-ups between deadlifts

Very nearly didn't go, but got there and did a bit. Back tight so took it sensible
