Never actually done all 7 in a row before, so that was a nice thing to tick off. Sketchy line off Craiglockhart to get some excitement in, Matt sliding down uncontrollably on his bum was a real treat

Not swimming for a few days, hopefully give the shoulder a chance to recover a bit. Then will build it up nice and slow, will start doing drills etc.

Triathlon training plan starts properly this week, will stick to it as best I can - will need to change the swims though, at least for a little while! Hopefully in a couple months will be competent enough to manage the sessions

Actually did some swimming this time, but it was rather hard work. Quite stop starty, but good to do a bit more, and mercifully not too cold.
Lots of improvements to be made, hopefully will get there before too long!
