The Inaugural Holyrood Head-to-Head Knockout Ultra-Sprint - The Killing Fields

An excellent event, shout-out to Nixon for organising at the last minute.
The whole thing was a bit mental, but got into the map after the first race and didn't do too embarrassingly. Lacking some speed, but it's been a while.
Great stuff all round though, was fun :)

The gym was finally open, so I went and got massive with Stephen and Paddy, along with every single other member of the gym.

Limber 11 warm-up

Followed by a nice long queue for a rack

4x5 Back Squat (20, 40, 60 warm-up, 80, 84, 84, 84kg)
3x5 Dumbbell Benchpress (22, 24, 24kg)
3x5+5 Single arm bent-over row (34kg)
3x5+5 Bulgarian Split Squats (22kg)

R arch super tight, but think it was from the sand running rather than the foot thing
