I'd planned on cycling in the afternoon, but then it started raining a tiny bit, and I didn't fancy it.
Instead I thought I might go for a run - had planned just a 5km jog, but I felt absolutely atrocious, maybe cause it was a long time since lunch.

Anyway, as a result just did 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off until I got home again.
Left shin still hurts, and so does the foot, fun! But I've not really been doing physio, so I can't complain

Easy Gladhouse with Stephen and Calum

Boiling hot at the beginning but the rain was kind enough to start early for us, so I was glad of the jacket.

Stephen managed to pick up a puncture after Carrington, and 60 minutes, 3 new inner tubes, 3 patches and 1 stubbornly un-inflated tyre later, we left him to his fate.
By now it was raining a bit more, and the roads were soaked, so we got a bit of a shift on to get warm again.

Home via the bike co-op to buy 2 new inner tubes and some new patches

Got home with plenty time, so got a wee cycle in. To the Seat, 4 laps, then back.

A nice sunny evening, was very nice. Did get a quite soggy bum from all the puddles though
