Cycling 1:51:40 [2] 55.5 km (29.8 kph) +580m

Solo to Gladhouse

What a day! Sunny and warm and excellent.
Feeling much better today after a decent sleep, and was just enjoying a nice cruise around in the gorgeous weather.

Only let down was the rather loud bike, but nevermind. Bike works says quite possibly the bottom bracket, so that's a thing

Run 34:40 [2] 6.14 km (5:39 / km) +70m 5:20 / km
shoes: Mudroc 290s

Canter in Cammo with Craig and Callum.

More of a jog really, I felt totally rubbish. Maybe it was the sun, maybe it was the dehydration, maybe it was the late night playing Fortnite, who can say?
Regardless, this was pretty awful, but Callum at least was also feeling crap so I at least had company in the suffering.

Also it was nice to see them or whatever

Cycling 1:04:00 [2] 30.8 km (28.9 kph) +200m

3 laps of Arthur's Seat and then down to Cramond to watch the 5km. Drastically overdressed, so getting really rather sweaty.

Bike developed a slightly annoying creak/click while pedalling, which will probably cost me something to fix.

Lap times ~11:30, climbs ~4:30
8 PM

Cycling 18:30 [1] 6.1 km (19.8 kph) +200m

Back home again in a small peloton, with one slight effort up the hill to catch them

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [0]

With Mark in the gym.

I have no idea what we did, I was just following the big man's lead.
But we didn't squat anything, so does the session even count? No.

Cycling 1:45:19 [3] 53.33 km (30.4 kph) +560m

Solo to Gladhouse, very sunny and nice. What a day for a cycle! Feeling good, got some reasonable pace in there.

Two near death experiences for myself, and one near death experience for a pheasant
