Pre lunch plod round Mary Erskine's and Corstorphine hill. It's turned into a total jungle since I was last there, lots of mud and greenery.
Saw an antelope too!

Left glute getting super tight as the run went on, and quite sore once I was home. Bit weird, hopefully is nothing too serious

I am boring, and also I procrastinate a lot, so I didn't really have the time or inclination to do anything other than a lap of the circuit.

Managed to do the exact same time as last Wednesday, training super consistently at the moment

2 easy laps of the meadows, was nice. And Emily's knee felt okay!
Saw a dead squirrel (twice) which was fun too

3x5 Back squat (20, 50 warm-up, 80, 80, 84kg)
3x5 Deadlift (60 warm-up, 90, 90, 90kg)

Managed to drop a 2kg biscuit on my foot which was a little daft, so I skipped the planned split squats
