Matt brought some dice along, so every hundred metres or so we rolled a die to decide where to go.

Unsurprisingly the route ended up being pretty wank, but it was still fun. Probably won't be repeating this though

With Stephen again, on a BBM loop. Bumped into Sasha in Morningside which was nice

Was enjoyable for the first 20 minutes, and then my stomach went.
First time that's happened for a while, so not unduly concerned about it. Just got the food wrong this afternoon I think. Had to walk the last 500m but fortunately avoided any accidents

Muddy stuff, and windy to boot. Started off feeling a bit sluggish, but got into it in the end.

The trouble with doing intervals in such variable conditions is that it's hard to tell if I'm getting any quicker. Hopefully so, but I guess I won't find out till next time I try to run fast.
