Joined by Stephen this week, though he only did 3 reps. Nice to run with someone else, even if we were pretty different speeds.
Still, his light gave me something to stay ahead of, and it was good motivation.
Pretty muddy, but shifting quite well - fastest I've been round there for a while, good stuff. Thought I'd overcooked it after the first rep, but ended up being nicely consistent
