Not swimming for a few days, hopefully give the shoulder a chance to recover a bit. Then will build it up nice and slow, will start doing drills etc.
Just gotta be able to not drown in September, plenty time yet to manage that

L shoulder was quite sore, deary me. Hopefully just slept on it funny rather than anything sinister, but maybe did get a bit keen for the swimming too quickly.

Blackford Hill was slightly on fire, so the Hermitage was a bit smoky. Luckily the intervals field was upwind so didn't have to pollute my lungs doing the session

Big rests were nice, and suffered sufficiently on the reps
