But a much nicer day today, was very nice in the sun.

Easy coastal cycle with Stephen and Mark.

Started off absolutely pissing it down, then it briefly threatened to come nice weather, and finished off pissing it down again.
Also a howling gale the entire time.

Was good though, enjoyable despite the foul conditions!

Just as mediocre now as I was in August, so that's good at least. Probably ought to try to get a little bit better at it though

A great evening for it, and only saw 3 people the whole time we were off the roads. Excellent stuff

No surprise at all, very sore today.

Mainly in the back though, a bit in the glutes, but legs relatively unscathed. Still kept it short though on a wee loop round Craiglockhart

Woof. 10 months since being in the vaults, and could definitely tell. Hopefully will fit in a few more of these in the coming weeks

5x5 Back squat (20, 40, 60 warm-up, 70, 80, 85, 90, 90kg)

4x5 Deadlift (60 warm-up, 80, 90, 100, 100kg)

Legs probably won't be happy with this tomorrow. Grip was going on the 100, and arm/elbow was feeling it a bit. Hopefully will sort itself out though
