Solid performance in this much more consistent than the sprint and only one significant error. Not so much analysis to be done of this as I was more controlled in my pace so the navigation was a bit easier. Routechoice error to the the 4th control but otherwise pretty strong through spectator and over the far hill. Only major error came when I drifted off line on 11 having to relocate and wasting 1 minute. Rest of it was generally strong and choose a reasonable route on the long leg and was smooth during the fast end section. Held off Mathias Peter (AUT1) over the course but saw no one else during the race.
