Pre breakfast reps in the frozen north of Iceland. 6x 1min with 30seconds rest. Few hills in there but amazing views. Absolutely freezing for all of it.

Tired from a bit of traveling so had a short run along the sea front. 6x 30s sprints to get the legs moving.
