Steady out round and over roseberry, over Captain Cooks monument and then back past highcliffe.

Up on the moor in the snow for these. Savage depth of heather but the aim is to get better at tackling it. Warm up and down included.

Two reps split into a steady 10min at 2:15/500m at rate 18 then a hard 10min at 2:02/500m at rate 26. 5min rest between the two. Warm up and down included.
