Running much better than yesterdays urban. Two sets of 3 hills First ~3:30 Second ~2:30 Third ~3:30 (149m vertical over the three). Two min between reps and about 2km jog between sets. WU/WD included.

Back on attackpoint for a new cycle of training after breaking my foot. Been in full training for about three weeks and getting back some speed for the summer. In that time run a good trail 10km, had two fairly poor urbans and messed around in some brambles a few times at CLOKs summer series. Hopefully now begins a good new phase taking me to the Oringen.
