Almost inevitable after putting my body through 4 weeks of Orienteering. Taking a very easy week to try and shift this and let my body recover. Absolutely loved every second of these weeks but now I need to put a real focus on getting my body ready for racing JEC.

Running warm up/down 50:00 [2] 9.5 km (5:16 / km) +300m 4:33 / km

Again a very lazy way to display all the warm ups and downs through out the week.

Orienteering race (Scottish6 Day 6) 50:07 [4] 8.26 km (6:04 / km) +246m 5:17 / km

Following elephant tracks to a decent time. Navigation good and finally was able to give the physical side a good shot. 1st

Orienteering race 13:30 [4] 1.92 km (7:02 / km) +132m 5:14 / km

Scrappy early start into a bracken wall. Took a tumble on the top and hit my knee off a rock wasn't in the mood to keep on going.

Orienteering race (Scottish6 Day 4) 49:44 [4] 6.57 km (7:34 / km) +299m 6:10 / km

Good Technically! Poor routechoice on a couple of legs saw me slide down a tightly packed result list.

Lets just say I'm glad the scottish isnt cumulative time.

Orienteering race (Scottish6 Day 2) 57:18 [4] 9.22 km (6:13 / km) +184m 5:39 / km

Good Technically apart from one error. Physically didn't have the legs for this fast terrain.
