Bit slower than I'd have liked but was in the slippy grass in road shoes

1st proper hills session in a while
4 x (90s, 60, 30s) with jog down recoveries.
90s and 60s on Brocco bank and 30s on a steep side road.
Had Hannah around throughout which made it a lot easier.

Out longer but a lot of being confused by the scale and boulders. So pretty but cold in the snow :)
