Rivelin with Anna, twisted my ankle really badly so bucs may not be happening
Note: ankle v swollen, probably sprained it and won't be running bucs

Phys testing at Hallam. Completed 1/2 of 16km/hr which is a bit less than last year which is what I was expecting really. Always find it hard to push to max on a treadmill
