Decided to do age class today as only a middle distance. Only jogged round but really enjoyed the area

Still full of cold so decided against the WRE long which was a shame. Enjoyed a gentle jog / walk round the green

Woke up with head cold, ok to jog but not much more do this just took a long time, enjoyed being out but frustrating when I could see where I needed to be and just took forever to get there!

Good technically from me for most of it just not as fast as I'd like to be, enjoyed pushing hard with Mary / Fay at the end.

Felt tired throughout this and no real drive through the terrain plus quite a few 2-3min mistakes. Still nice to be orienteering in a Scottish forest but need to keep focussed a lot more
