Overhead press (forgot w/u, oops... 5x5 @60 lbs)
45-degree barbell row (4x10 @50 lbs w 6 pull-ups between sets)
DB side bend (5x5 @40 lbs)
Superset--DB bicep curl/DB tri extension (3x5/8 @ 25/15 lbs)
