Up MP trail to Redoubt 4, then down the hill to the prep school and back up, then to Stony Lonesome gate and back up and down the hill to the barracks. Very satisfying run.

Leapfrog course with Dave. Good course, other than the fact that we mispunched three times :P

Bear Mountain. Tough run, but very satisfying at the end. Really need to get a foam roller, though, cuz my calves got so tight my feet went numb.

Storm King Mountain. As with MP trail, made the dumb mistake of stopping once, which led to cramps, which led to the death of a piece of my soul. I think a lot of this comes down to mental toughness, which has been a problem for me since high school cross-country, and being physically capable of going a lot faster but not being able to break through the mental wall...

running long 1:21:15 [3] 10.1 mi (8:03 / mi) +77m 7:52 / mi
slept:8.0 shoes: PureCadence

Long, mostly easy run after getting back to West Point. Went down to the rugby fields, along Flirty Walk, up to Lee Gate and back, and around the Plain. IT band seems to be doing better--no pain in my left knee!
