Getting swole because I obviously can't run anymore.

Chest and Triceps day
-Wide-grip lat pulldown (4 sets of 6, 8, 10, 12)
-Barbell Bench press (3 sets of 10)
-SUPERSET: Incline DB flyes and push-ups (2 sets of 12/20)
-Cable Crossover (1 strip set)
-Smith machine close-grip bench press (2 sets of 6, 8, 10, 12)
-Bench dips (3 sets of 12)
-SUPERSET: Cable rope overhead tri extension and tri pulldown (2 sets of 12)
-Lying tricep extension (1 strip set)
-Decline sit-ups (1 set of 20 bc boot made it uncomfortable)
-Leg raises (1 set of 25)
-4 min plank

Army-Navy-Coast Guard. Couldn't run because of injury so walked the 4.8 km orange course instead. Still managed to beat all of the Coasties on a (probably) broken foot.

Went to Keller and asked for a bone scan because it got worse, now when I press on the metatarsal head I feel pain in the bone. Was met by blank stares and "what's a bone scan?" Got an X-ray instead, which showed nothing (of course) -.-

Christmas dinner workout: 6x up and down each of the 4 stairwells in Washington Hall (at least 7 flights of stairs in each). 30 push-ups + 30 abs in between sets.

Didn't run today, staying very careful with foot. It didn't bother me much during this workout, which is a good sign.

Tried to go run this morning. Got about 100 meters before the pain became unbearable. Not good, I can pinpoint the source of the pain to my 3rd metatarsal and it hurts at rest now....

Staying off my damn foot in hopes that reducing impact will help. Good news, pain went down throughout the day.

Easy 10. Need to go to the trainers, my right forefoot has been hurting and I worry it may be a stress fracture in one of the metatarsals.

5 min w/u on rowing machine
Arm w/u: 12 reps each of curls, shoulder press, tricep ext. w/ 15 lb DBs
Pull-up cut-down: 10, 9, 8, 7,...,2,1 with 20 push-ups in between

No stress fracture! Just need to use old shoes and stretch calves way more.
