Heavy day 1. Back Squat, 1x2, 205 Dead legs, dropped down to 1x5 @195 2. Strict Press, 1x2, 95 3. Power Clean, 4x5, 125 Failed last set, dropped to 1x5 @120 Got coaching from a kind oly lifter, realized that I was failing the lift because hips, feet, and hand placement were off.

FDR Red (dropped down from blue because of tomorrow's ruck). Good up until 7 where I promptly forgot how to navigate and spent 20 minutes trying to relocate. More frustrating was the fact that I literally passed right by the control 3 times but overlooked it. Ugh. Also screwed up 10 because my self-confidence was shot after the shitshow 3 controls earlier.
Might end up making next weekend a little solo training camp because good god was this embarrassing. At least I feel great physically.
